1. Remove Nerve OS from Meta
If you have connected Nerve OS to Meta, open your account’s Business Integrations, select Nerve OS and choose the option to remove the integration. Meta’s guidance is available at Meta Help Center: remove business integrations.
This revokes or stops future access for the integration. It may not delete data that Nerve OS already received and stored. The current public process is email-based; an automated Meta callback or deletion endpoint is not required for the current process.
2. Request deletion from Nerve OS
Email ice@yktr.com.au with the subject “Nerve OS data deletion request”. A workspace owner should initiate the request. Nerve OS staff will verify and approve the request before deletion is carried out. Include:
- Your name and the email address associated with the Nerve OS workspace.
- The Nerve OS workspace or business name.
- The Meta user ID, business portfolio or ad-account details, and/or Shopify shop domain connected to the request, if known.
- A description of the data or connection you want removed.
Do not send passwords, access tokens or other secrets. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request and avoid deleting the wrong workspace.
3. What we will do
After verification, we will disable the relevant connection and remove or de-identify the user, workspace, integration, file and operational data that can be deleted under the Nerve OS retention process. This may include Shopify or Meta data, uploaded files, Creative Studio and Supplier Hub records, notifications and operational records, depending on the scope of the verified request. The application does not currently provide one automatic erasure workflow for every workspace record, provider copy, audit event, job payload, backup or AI record, so some requests may require manual review.
Our current targets are seven days for Shopify or Meta data after disconnection, a fixed 30-day recovery window for deleted files and certain Creative Studio and Supplier Hub records, 30 days for audit, job, webhook, synchronisation and email-event records, and 90 days for backups and disaster-recovery copies. Closed workspace data is targeted for deletion within 60 days. We aim to respond to verified requests within seven days, but completion may take longer where provider action, verification or a lawful exception applies.
Some copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, provider email systems, security logs or records we must retain for fraud prevention, disputes, accounting or legal compliance. Those copies will be isolated from ordinary use and deleted under the applicable retention schedule.
4. Shopify requests
If your request concerns a Shopify store and that connection is enabled, include the shop domain. Shopify-specific customer data and shop-redaction obligations may apply; we will review the request under the applicable Shopify requirements and confirmed retention process.
